We may collect contact details and messages voluntarily submitted through forms, plus standard hosting logs. Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, bank information, tax records, medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, or insurance documents. Information may be used to respond, route inquiries, schedule conversations, improve the website, and maintain records. It is not sold to advertisers. External services such as Calendly and government resource sites have their own policies.

Emergency limitation

Website forms, email, text, and social media are not monitored as emergency channels. Call 911 for immediate danger or suspected overdose. Call or text 988 for crisis support.
